  • creating a bass-line track with reversed version of the kick’s layers. 
  • using Raw VST of Rob Papen for the group of percussions.                           
  • control the gain clipping after the use of the VST.                                            
  • using a different types of presets from RAW VST on the duplications of the Perc to add kick’s shades as a background which he called ‘’Question/answer’’ concept.               
  •  making a suite of Perc in order to create an effect of discussion between the them which is the groove of the track.                                                                 
  • Sampling samples: resampling which will create variation to the groove by adding group of processed hats.                                                     
  • by sampling you will be able to work with a low CPU usage and you will create your own samples bank.           
  • the processing of each groups (Perc /Hats..)                                                   
  • the EQ processing of the hat’s group with ‘’Waves H-EQ’’.                                
  • the return effect of the reverb he is using ‘’Toraverb’’.                                
  • modifying the preset’s parametric for a better result.                                     
  • using the same concept ‘’question/answer’’ with the FX group.                 
  • using automation, presets (ping pong..), and return effects for each element of FX group.  
  • creating new dimension in the groove by the application of ‘’question/answers’’ concept.


  • Melodic part:              
  • taking advantage from the VST to add distortion/resonance/frequency shifting to the Synth group.                                                           
  • add presence to the synth by using it with its others layers.                                                           
  • using  LFO to make the synth to create modulation.                                                              
  • using the same concept of ‘’question/answers’’ concept with Pad also.                                           -  finding good sample which can help you resampling with processing them with a lot of FX.                                                                            - Vocal part:                                                          
  • working with Hardcore vocal sample always with adding more resampled layers.                        
  • Vocal processing with CLA from waves.              
  • Remove the bass frequency from the vocal in order to gain a presence in the mix.                       
  • adding balance to the mix by adjusting levels   
  • working with Ableton arrangement session to create the track by assembling the elements in the right position (intro/break..).                           
  • creating harmony between all the elements.          
  • Techniques and presets used to create variation as working on the break part of the track.


The concept of ‘’question/answer ‘’ is an important technique to add presence/life to your track.
